How a session works

Built around what you need.

You do not need a polished plan. Tell Kate your level and what is getting in the way; the session can be shaped from there.

  1. 01

    Choose a focus

Technique, strength, confidence, your first introduction to pole, or one move that has stalled.

  2. 02

    Break it down

Slow down the shape, find the detail that is blocking it and use progressions that fit your current level.

  3. 03

    Build it back

Put the movement together with clear cues and a repeatable route you can keep practising.

Where to train

Four Kent studio options.

Choose the most convenient studio, or ask about a home session within roughly 30 minutes' travel. Kate will check that the space and pole setup suit what you want to practise before confirming.

A focused hour

Useful at every level.

A private lesson gives one goal more time and attention than a regular group class can usually offer.

01

Your first session

Start without the pressure of joining a group and learn the foundations at your pace.

02

A sticking point

Give one move or transition enough time to identify exactly what needs to change.

03

Technique and control

Refine lines, progressions and supporting strength with precise personal corrections.

Before you enquire

Private lesson questions.

Do I need previous pole experience?

No. Complete beginners are welcome, as are intermediate and advanced students.

Can two people book together?

Yes. Choose a 1:1 session or train with one other person in a 2:1.

Is studio hire extra?

No separate surprise charge is added. Any studio hire is included in the final price Kate confirms before you book.

Can Kate teach on my home pole?

Possibly. Send your area and details of the available space and pole. Kate will check whether the setup suits the session before confirming.

Tell Kate what you want to work on.

Your level, your goal and the Kent location that suits you are enough for a first message.
