Your first session
Start without the pressure of joining a group and learn the foundations at your pace.
One-hour 1:1 and 2:1 sessions · Kent
Bring the move, technique or confidence gap you want to work on. Kate breaks it down, builds the strength it needs and gives you a route you can repeat after the session.
The final amount depends on the studio and location. Any studio hire is included in the price Kate confirms with you before the session, so there is no surprise venue charge afterwards.
How a session works
You do not need a polished plan. Tell Kate your level and what is getting in the way; the session can be shaped from there.
Technique, strength, confidence, your first introduction to pole, or one move that has stalled.
Slow down the shape, find the detail that is blocking it and use progressions that fit your current level.
Put the movement together with clear cues and a repeatable route you can keep practising.
Where to train
Choose the most convenient studio, or ask about a home session within roughly 30 minutes' travel. Kate will check that the space and pole setup suit what you want to practise before confirming.
A focused hour
A private lesson gives one goal more time and attention than a regular group class can usually offer.
Start without the pressure of joining a group and learn the foundations at your pace.
Give one move or transition enough time to identify exactly what needs to change.
Refine lines, progressions and supporting strength with precise personal corrections.
