Rooted in Motion is run by Kate Reva. This page explains what the website measures, what happens when you contact Kate, and the choices you have. The site does not use advertising trackers, visitor profiles or fingerprinting.
When you use the website
Cloudflare hosts and protects the site, so it processes the normal technical information needed to deliver a web request and keep the service secure, such as an IP address, request headers and a timestamp.
On the public presentation page, Cloudflare Web Analytics provides broad reports such as page views, referring site, country, device type and page performance. It does not use cookies, local storage or a fingerprint to recognise you.
Rooted in Motion also counts a small set of useful actions: which WhatsApp, email, Instagram or studio link was selected, and which named promotion link was opened. Each record contains only a fixed action or source, its position on the page and an automatic timestamp. The code does not copy your IP address, browser, message, contact details or any visitor identifier into these records.
Your analytics choice
Anonymous website measurement is on.
This helps Kate understand which pages and promotion links are useful. You can object with one tap.
The preference itself uses one essential, first-party cookie called rim_analytics. It is only created when you switch measurement off and contains the word off.
How long analytics stays
Custom click and promotion counts are stored in Cloudflare Workers Analytics Engine for three months. Cloudflare Web Analytics reports cover the previous six months. These reports are used to improve the site and understand which promotion is useful—not to make decisions about individuals.
When you contact or book with Kate
WhatsApp, email and Instagram only open when you choose them. Rooted in Motion receives the contact details and message you decide to send. Those services have their own privacy terms.
Kate uses enquiry information to reply, discuss suitability, arrange a class or private session, and manage the booking. If you become a client, necessary contact, invoice and payment records may be kept for coaching, insurance, accounting and legal purposes. They are kept only for as long as those purposes require.

Your choices and rights
You can ask what information Rooted in Motion holds about you, ask for inaccurate information to be corrected, and in some circumstances ask for deletion, restriction or a copy. You can also object to use based on legitimate interests, including anonymous website measurement.
