Rooted in Motion is run by Kate Reva, a pole dance instructor in Kent. The short version: she keeps your enquiry so she can reply and arrange your session, and the site uses limited cookieless statistics to understand which pages are useful. Advertising storage and personalisation stay off. Nothing is sold or used to build advertising profiles.
When you contact or book with Kate
WhatsApp, email and Instagram only open when you choose them. Rooted in Motion receives the contact details and message you decide to send. Those services have their own privacy terms.
Kate uses what you send to reply, discuss whether a class or private session suits you, and arrange and manage the booking.
She keeps enquiry messages for as long as they are useful for replying, arranging sessions and remembering what someone has been working on. Booking, invoice and payment records are kept for at least six years, because tax and insurance rules require it. You can ask Kate to delete your messages at any time—she can remove the conversation and still keep any invoice she is legally required to hold.
Classes and private coaching are for adults aged 18 and over. The website is not aimed at children, and Kate does not knowingly collect information about anyone under 18.
What the website measures
Cloudflare hosts and protects the site, so it handles the technical information any web request needs, such as an IP address, request headers and a timestamp.
On the public page, Cloudflare Web Analytics reports page views, referring site, country, device type and page speed—without cookies, local storage or fingerprinting. Rooted in Motion also counts which contact or studio link was chosen and which section headings become visible. These counters contain only fixed labels, counts and timestamps, with no visitor identifiers or tracking cookies.
Because this website operates entirely without non-essential or tracking cookies, there are no intrusive cookie banners or consent popups.

You can ask what information Rooted in Motion holds about you, ask for inaccurate information to be corrected, and in some circumstances ask for deletion, restriction or a copy.
