Who classes are for
You do not need previous fitness, dance or pole experience. Choose a level that fits, then build useful strength and repeatable technique at a steady pace.
Learn grip, basic positions and safe foundations without needing to get fit first.
Slow down the part that is not working and understand the route into each shape.
Refine technique, build control and work through intermediate or advanced progressions.
Your first class
The right clothing and a little preparation make gripping the pole easier.
A T-shirt is fine. Some exposed skin helps you grip the pole.
Remove jewellery before class to protect you and the equipment.
Avoid them before class because they make the pole slippery.
Send Kate your current level and the Kent location that works for you. That is enough for a first message.
